- Each counting slide has two chambers that can be used to count one sample in duplicate or two different samples.
- Steps: a. After mixing the sample with trypan blue or other staining reagents, pipet into a Countess chamber slide. b. Insert the slide into ThermoFisher Countess Automatic Cell Counter. c. Press “Count”. d. Record data.
- No need to clean Countess slides before use.
