Returns: We do not accept any returns. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy:
This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through The Winning Edge platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
The Winning Edge does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or food items. However, a refund or replacement can be provided if you establish that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. Your request will be addressed after the seller/merchant listed on the platform has verified the issue on their end.
If the product received does not match what was shown on the site or your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take appropriate action.
For products covered under manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with complaints.
If a refund is approved by The Winning Edge, please allow 2 days for the refund to be processed.
